Icrap

This app comes with very poor documentation. If you dont use port 4505 is there another port? Forums have no answers and the same poor documentation. Sorry i paid $2 for something without real support answers.

Good

This app do the work. I was interested in having the possibility to shutdown or put to sleep my mac and this app does the job greatly. In addiction it has a nice interface so a recommended

Very good

This is a good app.It is a good manager app.I like It.

this is great!

i could be in an other room and shut my labtop two floors down. one thing for the users you must give it about 5-10 seconds from the time you open the app till you press the shut down key to work or else it wont. this app like any other app needs a second or two to boot up before it functions specially if it needs to get in to your network so dont think its not working, just open the app, wait 5-10 sec then press shut down :)

Inconsistent

It only works half of the time on my network. Never able to get it work over LTE so therefore its almost useless to me. Cant seem to find a good info on how to set it up. I tweaked my firewall & router and still no luck. Im not really a beginner when it comes to these things but cant seem to figure it out.

Great app

Works as advertised. A useful app thats simple to setup. Now if only you could turn machine on (!)- but thats an entirely different/complicated issue.

Doesnt work

Followed the instructions and even did some googling and cannot get this to work at all. I want my two bucks back.

Excellent!

If you need this app, you need it bad. I love it.

Great app

Looks good, works well. Only gribes... 1. Let me change the BG or theme color. 2. Let me change the button configuration. I accidentally shut down my PC, when I just wanted to put it to sleep.

Great but a few minor things...

First off, let me say that this is a good looking app. secondly, let me say that it works and does what it says it does, flawlessly (atleast on on my own network). Just an idea: the power button should also be able to WOL, not just wake from sleep. UPDATE: please add iOS 8 support. After updating I can no longer see my pc. Thanks!

Very good. One suggestion...

I love this app, and would love it even more if you maybe integrated a notification whenever somebody turned on your system?? My lil brother always gets on my computer, even though I have a password, and it makes me slightly paranoid. Thank ya.

Easy to use

Great app. Does what its supposed to do.

Dont buy!!

When I wake computer it goes back to sleep after few minutes or vice versa will wake just after sending sleep command.

Simple app that works

Because Apple’s iCloud Photo Library upload is taking months (seriously) and because when it’s uploading it saturates my network and causes everything else to fail (seriously), I’ve found myself needing to sleep and wake the iMac from other locations in the house frequently. After poking around I found this app. Despite the 1 star reviews, I went for it and I’m very pleased. The Apple Watch app is very welcome and that’s probably what I’ll use most. Some things to note: Wake On Lan isn’t going to work unless you enter the Mac’s Ethernet MAC address (assuming it’s on Ethernet; wifi otherwise) into the app. The app doesn’t prompt you for it if it’s missing and the help docs don’t mention it, so this could be a little confusing. You can find the Mac’s MAC address in About This Mac -> System Report. Second, the Mac’s screen will not come on when it receives the Wake On Lan “magic packet”. This is Apple’s design, not iShutdown. They assume that if the Mac is being woke remotely, there’s no need to turn the screen on since presumably no one’s sitting at the Mac. Make’s sense.

Great app

Simple and does what it says it does. Worth the $1.99! Even works from other networks (assuming you have port forwarding configured correctly)!

Awesome app! Worth the money

This app is great and worked well for me, running Windows 10. I recently purchased an Apple TV and if I want to stream my personal media I would have to go upstairs and "wake" my computer from sleep. As along as I keep iTunes running this app allows me to "wake" the computer from my couch and in a matter of seconds I can see my iTunes library. It makes having the Apple TV and streaming my media all the more convenient. The only thing I had to do was change a bios setting on my computer and viola, "wake on demand." I am not technologically advanced and this app did all the work. Definitely worth the money.

It works! Windows 10 x64

Ive been looking for something that handles wake-on-lan as well as sleep/shutdown for my new Windows 10 PC, and this app works very well! Youll have to install a server app on your PC, along with DotNet and Bonjour (iTunes). The Apple Watch app is a nice touch; very handy. Also, be sure to enable "only allow a magic packet to wake the computer" on your network card settings, or else any network activity may wake your windows PC.
